When will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your photos and payment. All orders are sent via tracked courier.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday will be shipped on the following working day.

Because every magnet is custom-made to order, please allow a little extra time during busy periods. If you need an order by a specific date, get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to fast-track it for you.

Delivery times

Local drop-off — Tauranga

Free local drop-off is available within Tauranga. We'll contact you to arrange a convenient time after your order is ready.

NZ-wide courier

NZ$10 flat rate. Please allow 2–5 working days for standard NZ delivery, or 4–8 working days for rural addresses.

All courier deliveries are tracked. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery information

Delivery is made by courier. Please ensure your delivery address and the recipient's name are accurate and complete, including any business name if shipping to a work address. We may be unable to change these details once your order has been placed.

We cannot take responsibility for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas.

You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have not received your item. Email us at creative@thanksforthememories.co.nz.

Delays

There may be occasions where delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier network delays, adverse weather, road closures, or high-demand periods.

Please feel free to contact us at creative@thanksforthememories.co.nz if you have not received your order within the expected delivery window.

Haven't received a dispatch confirmation?

We're a small team and we process every order personally. Most orders are dispatched the same or next working day, but occasionally it can take 2–3 days during busy periods.

If you haven't received a dispatch confirmation after 3 working days, please check your spam folder first, then get in touch at creative@thanksforthememories.co.nz and we'll look into it for you.
