How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery across New Zealand takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, or 4–8 working days for rural addresses.
Can I pick up locally in Tauranga?
Yes! We offer free local drop-off in Tauranga. Select "Local drop-off" at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange it.
What resolution should my photos be?
For the best print quality we recommend photos of at least 1200×1200 pixels. Standard photos taken on a modern smartphone are usually perfect.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely — just enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout. Get in touch if you'd like us to include a handwritten note.
